1. The rule of thirds

The rule of thirds is one of the most important rule in photography of overall the world. It is a pattern of line with 3×3 equal sized rectangles. These rectangle do amazing things when you learn to use it.

It's simple and easy, to follow this rule move your object or subject on a corner in one third of the frame or the line. This makes your photo more cinematic and stable. Our eyes go suddenly to the subject of the frame.

Mostly, place your important subject on left because, as per the human fact the human eye mostly see subject left to right. Use the intersecting point to the centre of the subject. Make it simple.

2. The golden ratio

The golden ratio or spiral ratio is a rule which gives a geometric perfect point to place a object or subject. The golden ratio is 1.618 in mathematics, the irrational number is (1+square root of √5/2 ) denoted by the greek letter. This composition tool is using by centuries to attract the viewers.

It helps in single object or subject composition. We can use this in any direction and any angle. See the above sample image to understand it.

3. Leading lines

Leading lines is a technical trick of your composition which the lines leads to your main subject. Leading line is not a rule or pattern, it can be anything but gives a balanced composition of your subject. It is a creative composition can be used by your point of view.

For example : If there is a sunset or sunrise i can take photos simply, but here i using a empty road or empty train track at the centre of my image by covering the sunset so, we can see the road as a line that leads to the sunset. Here, we give a attention to our main subject by a creative lines. See the above example image you can understand clearly.

4. Colour contrasting

Colour contrast is helps to attain greater composition by using opposite colour. Characteristics like warm colour with cool colour. When the two opposite contrasting colours are placed in one frame makes more quality of your photo. Do this by Understanding about the colour theory, colour wheel and understanding complementary colours. Using more background blur also makes more attractive.

5. A frame within a frame

A frame or framing is very important in both photo and video. It looks different, stylish, unique and gives a structure to your photo. It works for both indoor and outdoor. Creative thinking is more important for this method. We can use anywhere at any time. The main point in this method is we should put our subject on a particular place that should be inside of another frame and that makes a well balanced and a good composition to our image. It is a good method to shoot a different picture.
